We are so excited to bring in the new year here at Texoma Shores! 2023 was full of memories and mother nature, now we are looking forward to what 2024 will bring in for our members, guests, and staff! Texoma Shores RV Resort on Lake Texoma is more than just a place to park your RV; it’s a gateway to a world of natural beauty, recreational opportunities, and community spirit. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful retreat, an adventure-filled vacation, or a place to connect with fellow travelers, Texoma Shores RV Resort offers an inviting haven that will leave you with cherished memories for years to come.

If you haven’t met Lynn Burnham, he’s worth the drive. Lynn started with Ocean Canyon in 2018. Working in maintenance, he was always the company’s go-to handyman. When Mickey Murdock needed an extra hand, he would always grab Lynn. Because of Texoma’s more remote location, it’s not easy to find such a capable person to run it. And when Texoma’s manager position came available, there was no one else that could have better filled it than Lynn.

Staff here at Texoma Shores have been working tirelessly this past year around the resort. During 2023, we installed a new fishing dock and purchased a new lawn mower. Some other improvements made here at Texoma Shores are a new basketball hoop, volleyball net and tether ball for the children’s play area. For the coming year, 2024, we plan to regrade the roads, trimming the overhanging trees around the park, and painting the cabins and other buildings to freshen up the resort for all our members and guests to enjoy.

Families will appreciate the family-friendly atmosphere at Texoma Shores. With spacious RV sites, playgrounds for children, and designated areas for group activities, the resort becomes a place where families can connect, create memories, and enjoy quality time together. We hope to see everyone in the new year!
